The club Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Summer Season Awards 2024/2025 are on Sunday 25th May 2025 @ Weston Creek Labour Club from 11am to 3pm, with the option to order lunch from the bistro. Check out the online menu.

• President

• Vice President

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Member Protection Information Officer

• Operations Officer

• General Member (Fundraising Coordinator, Media and Communications Officer)

Our Community Awards - are also open for all members to nominate a recipient and selection criteria is available on the website.

• Club Spirit Award -  Award Description: The Club Spirit Award is awarded and presented annually to a Woden Waves Water Polo Club team, or person who has displayed commitment, sportsmanship and dedication towards the philosophies which have enhanced and benefited Woden Waves and its membership. This person exhibits attributes in keeping with the Woden Waves code of conduct and club values

• Ryan McDermott Club Person of the Year Award -  Award Description: The Club Person of the Year Award is awarded and presented annually to a Woden Waves Water Polo Club individual of any membership category (player, official, supporter or parent), in recognition of performing above and beyond the call of duty normally required of a member. This person has been judged to have made the most significant contribution to the health, welfare and improvement of the club and it’s members. This person exhibits attributes in keeping with the Woden Waves code of conduct and club values.
