New swimwear designs - out now

We have new designs for swimwear being developed with Kap7. You can purchase these items now at our Kap7 team store. Don’t panic, all players can still wear the older waves designs at training and when playing as well. We encourage you to buy the new designs when you need to transition to new swimwear.

We also have a second-hand uniform shop too. So, if you have outgrown your gear and it’s in good condition to pass along or want to make a cheaper purchase contact Denise Bell via our WhatsApp community.

Water polo ACT - RAP working group

Water Polo ACT has committed to creating a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and is establishing a dedicated working group to support and promote growth, respect and sustainable opportunities in water polo.

If you're interested in being part of this working group to progress the RAP see the expression of interest to find out more.

Fundraising update

We are looking to build up our fundraising efforts and need your help! If you can assist in sponsorship or arranging a fundraiser for the club please email Vice President Bridget Chalmers at vice-president@wodenwaves.com

A massive shout out to everyone who support our recent mango fundraiser. We raised a huge total of close to $800. Our fundraising efforts go to supporting our club and players.

A very special mention to Cooper who was our most outstanding mango seller. What a legend!

That’s a wrap on 2024!

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the club during the year. This includes our coaches, referees, players and all the volunteers who assist at each game and with fundraising activities.

We wish you all a safe and relaxing holiday and look forward to seeing you all on pool deck in 2025!
